What to expect in a session
During a session I will guide you through seated and standing practices that will help bring attention to body sensations and getting in touch with your inner landscape. Bringing awareness to what you’re experiencing in the moment and seeing where energy may be stuck in the body. As we become in touch with the body we can connect to a deep wisdom and healing potential.

After the first exploratory session with new clients, we would agree together on having between 6-12 sessions as a start. This could be weekly or bi weekly sessions. My preferred way of working with clients would be longer term work as I have found this to add much more depth to the therapeutic alliance.
